INTEGRITY STIMULUS PLAN RELEASED BY AMERICA’S INTEGRITY EXPERT

DEL MAR, CA, MARCH 21, 2009: A five-point nonpartisan Integrity Stimulus Plan was officially released today by the psychologist who wrote a five-award-winning book showing everyday people to world leaders how to reconnect integrity, profitability, social responsibility, life fulfillment, and leadership.

Perhaps the world’s only clinical-organizational psychologist whose primary expertise is integrity enhancement, Dr. David Gruder claims that severe integrity deficits have eroded the fundamentals of democracy. He says faulty life fulfillment formulas directly brought about economic and lifestyle collapse, and at the expense of integrity, sustainability, social responsibility, and the United States Constitution.

According to Gruder, “the reason the economic stimulus is not working is because we did not create an economic integrity stimulus plan as its foundation. A similar mistake is now being repeated with health care reform. Not having an integrity stimulus plan to point the way will similarly sabotage efforts to create solutions to our other issues as well.”

Gruder claims that the common denominator at the root of all of today's challenges in the United States and beyond is massive integrity deficits. The Integrity Stimulus Plan's purpose is to provide “a practical foundation for successfully co-creating sustainable solutions to today's most challenging issues,” says Gruder. The "Integritize America" Integrity Stimulus Plan outlines five key forms of integrity:

1. Life Fulfillment Integrity: What creates life fulfillment -- and what doesn't -- based on what natural developers do that the rest of us don’t.

2. Health Integrity: What is really behind the outrageous budget-busting cost of health care, and the keys to improving American health while making health care for all financially feasible.

3. Economic Integrity: What sustainable abundance requires, including government financial integrity, socially responsible business profitability, and individual financial independence.

4. Citizen Integrity: America has a Mission Statement – it’s the U.S. Constitution's preamble – and restoring our integrity with it as individuals and businesses, and in government, is the true measure of our patriotism.

5. Problem-Solving Integrity: Why fanatical coercion, watered-down compromise, and ideological or political polarization don’t work – and why synergy must become everyone’s problem-solving method of choice at home, at work, in our communities, and in government, because it is the only problem-solving strategy capable of creating sustainable solutions in today’s highly interconnected world.

The Integrity Stimulus Plan also includes instructions showing how to create one’s own personal Integrity Pledge for each of these five areas.
