Thanks for posting this resource. It's quite compatible with my material on full spectrum self-care in The New IQ book and workbook.

I have been testing a fascinating nutriceutical that those reading your post might be interested in. So far I'm really impressed with it but I'm not going to write about it until I've played with it for a bit longer. But, if the results I'm seeing continue to hold up I'm going to be extremely excited to share the information.
