Because of this, integrity could well be one of the deciding factors in the upcoming Texas, Ohio, Vermont and Rhode Island primaries. It is now more important than ever for the media to provide the public with Integrity Education resources.

Dr. Gruder wrote the landmark document, A Declaration of Global Responsibility, in response to the events of September 11, 2001, including what led up to those events and what occurred as a result of that infamous day on which he himself happened to be in the New York area.

The Declaration also includes two prefaces: one for Americans and the other for Mental Health Professionals.
