More is about to change in the new decade than in the past 100, or perhaps 2000, years. This is the decade during which personal wellbeing and social responsibility will become one and the same. On a scale that has never before happened in the history of humanity.

Why do so few of us live in integrity with all three of our Three Core Drives (authenticity, connection and impact)? Why don't we fully express the high side of them in a coordinated and aligned way in our day-to-day lives? How do we start falling out of integrity in the first place?

People travel one of three paths with their integrity. Some are Natural Developers. These are people who, like natural athletes, develop 3D integrity effortlessly. The second group are Deliberate Developers. These are like athletes who practice, practice, practice till they excel, even if their initial abilities don't put them in the first group. Finally, there are those who don't choose to continue to develop as adults.
